Crust
- 2 c pretzels crushed
- 2 T sugar
- 1/2 c butter
Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 12 oz cool whip
- 1 c sugar
Topping
- 2 pkg strawberry gelatin 3 oz packages
- 20 oz strawberries frozen
Topping
Slightly thaw strawberries and gently mash. Mix 2 cups boiling water, 2 packages of strawberry gelatin and strawberries together. Let sit until it starts to thicken. Stir again and slowly pour over cream cheese/cool whip filling.Chill overnight before serving
