  • 1 8 x 8 baking dish

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c corn meal
  • 1 c flour
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1 1/2 T baking powder
  • 3/4 t salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c milk
  • 2 T butter melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°. Grease 8 x 8 baking dish.
    Stir together dry ingredients. Add egg, milk and melted butter. Mix well and pour into prepared baking dish. Bake 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
