- 3 lb country-style pork ribs
- 1 lemon
- 1 onion
- 1 c barbeque sauce1 your favorite
- 3 T brown sugar
- 2 T ketchup
- 1 T mustard I use dijon
- 1 1/2 T cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 375°. Coat roasting pan with cooking spray.Place ribs in open roasting pan with rib side down. Slice onion and lemon. Place a slice of onion topped with a slice of onion on each rib. Secure lemon with toothpick. Do not skip the onion and lemon (makes a big difference). Bake uncovered 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover with foil and bake an additional 1 hour. Baste about every 20 minutes.Let rest about 10 minutes before serving.
